My wife & I bought an older home that required a whole house repipe due to its 60+ year old galvanized steel pipes corroding. Roman & team team offered the best rate amongst many quotes and he modernized our plumbing with PEX pipe, which enhanced our water pressure and future-proofed our home for the long term. In addition, Roman found some abnormalities with how our water heater was installed and fixed this as well. The West Coast team tackled the project in a couple days and even provided good patchwork on any walls that they needed to penetrate during the job.
Fast forward to us having an unrelated issue with out gate valve to control the home's water supply and Roman dropped everything to remedy the issue for us in the morning.

Contacted Sunday morning for tankless water heater to replace leaking 74 gallon short water heater (17 years old). Roman and his team arrived early Monday and installed the Navien system neatly and followed up to resolve a manufacturer issue for PCB error that required replacement of defective board. Heaven sent. 11:00 pm on a Saturday night and water starts shooting out of the bottom of our water heater. Adding to our dismay, the next morning we had family coming in to town to stay with us for a funeral the following day. First thing Sunday morning, I started the task of trying to find someone to replace our water heater, on a Sunday, with zero notice. I called all the "big names" you constantly hear and see advertised and none of them could come out for at least a day or two. Defeated, I searched the internet to see if I could find any plumber that would come out on a Sunday morning and replace our leaking tank with a tankless system. I stumbled across West Coast in my search and Roman answered the phone. He was at our house within two hours and singlehandedly removed and replaced our water heater with an amazing tankless heater in time for me to make Sunday dinner for the family and everyone could take a hot shower. Roman did an exceptional job, displayed the highest level of professionalism, and is extremely polite and friendly. He cleaned everything up and left the corner of the garage cleaner than it was when he came. I cannot recommend him enough and we have a plumber for life!
